Maybe they could add a toggle to each mount as to whether or not it dragonrides when you mount it?

Wow. They actually made it worse. Is there a list of flying mounts that DON'T support skyriding? Personally I really like the way it is now where I can just have two separate hotkeys and choose which fly mode I want to use any time. A 5 second cast to switch makes makes that waaaaaaaaaaaay more annoying and less convenient.

I with they would just drop the mechanic of quality levels. It feels pointless, because most people just want to buy only the highest quality, so it is the "default". I assume knowledge farming isn't going away? In DF it was a major issue, because there was limited knowledge per week and there were recipes locked behind it. So if someone missed even one week, they were falling behind. Professions were also relevant for a limited time after each patch. When most people already bought what they needed, there was very low demand (or none). Those who were late with their knowledge, didn't even have access to these recipes when they were still relevant. And then there was also a rng factor of rare recipes.

Small correction, it's called skyriding, not diving. Of course, you can still "dive" while flying. 😁

Yeah, it just looks funny when a flying machine is "flapping" for short bursts of speed, as if they were a griffin or a dragon. Normally, they would have a different set of abilities, but there is of course an issue of balancing all of it, so they would rather avoid this.

Dragonriding has been renamed to Skydiving in The War Within and we're taking a closer look at how the system works! Throwing around a word that has no clear definition makes it entirely pointless, you are literally using it for "anything I don't like". Who is? Giving more customization options is wrong? Also the idea that there is some "agenda" is just ridiculous. Companies only care about money, they are giving these options in order to appeal to wider groups of people. No one is being replaced. Everyone from the main cast remains the same, they only changed some random npcs who have no story, just for the world to be more diverse (and to show the new options they added). Also, there are plenty of random npcs in game who change their skin and even species randomly (some guards and event vendors). Very often this is just a thinly veiled homophobia. I can't say for sure if this your case, but much of your post can be interpreted as such. You certainly do have issues with black people just being there. Should they remove these customizations then? This is still related to the game though.
