Hello WoW community,

Condemned is recruiting. Condemned is a Semi-Hardcore Guild. We achieve a high level of game play without the 7 day a week commitment. We currently raid Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8 pm to 12 am EST. We are 7/7 Normal, 7/7 Heroic, and 2/7 Mythic. We are currently looking for all classes to fill out our raid roster. If you consider yourself an exceptional player do not hesitate to apply as we review every application submitted. Please read the following mission statement and if this sounds like something your interested in please visit www.areyoucondemned.net and fill out an application, or contact Trae#1797 or Oce#1109 in game with any questions.

Our Mission:

Condemned is a team based organization which continually strives to achieve high PvP/PvE performance through the use of teamwork, structure, and member development. This is our mission. Everything we do reflects this mission and the values that make it possible.

Our Philosophy:

A successful team is one in which members are viewed as teammates instead of as individuals. In Condemned a team becomes more than just a collection of members when a strong sense of mutual commitment creates synergy, thus generating performance greater than the sum of the performance of each individual member.

Being a teammate calls for a certain set of skills or characteristics. One is building relationships, caring about fellow members and knowing them well enough to recognize when they need our help and support, or in some cases, simply by allowing them to be heard. These relationships are required in order to identify when a member needs a teammate - having the situation awareness to know when to step up, and step in, as a teammate.

You may ask why this is important; it's because each of us is important to the guild and we all need to understand that the impact of what we do extends beyond what we might typically consider our sphere of influence - we need to be "a team" on a personal level. This extends both in and out of game. We always need to do the right thing - which is a direct tie back to our core values.

Sportsmanship:

“Good sportsmanship encompasses many aspects of a man’s character, the most fundamental being respect. The good sportsman respects both his teammates and his opponents as equals. He plays with integrity. A win that does not come fairly holds no satisfaction for him. He is honest in his dealings with opponents, because he treats them the way he wants to be treated. He is unselfish in his desire to see all his teammates participate and enjoy the game. He is humble in his victories, and has the proper perspective on his losses. In short, the qualities that go in to making a good man are the same ones that contribute to being a great sportsman.” -Brett McKay

Values:

A positive attitude and humble demeanor
Integrity and honesty
Openness and respectfulness
Constructive self-criticism, self-improvement, and personal excellence
The initiative to learn, practice, and take on responsibility

Hope to see you in game!
