[Help] Razer Naga Freezing in game?

Tried the official forums with no luck; don't see that razer has forums.  Hoping maybe someone around here can help.

 

 

Windows 7 64 bit - up to date

Razer Naga Hex - synapse is up to date

 

I'm having an issue where my mouse cursor will ocassionaly just freeze and become non-responsive for 0-3 seconds. I've had this issue with and without all my addons, with and without razer synapse running, and with / without hardware cursor enabled. I don't remember my old MX518 having this issue, but alas it died and was replaced. I don't have this issue in windows or in any other application.

 

I've already tried wiping WTF, CACHE, and INTERFACE folders; i did not see any improvement.
