[EU-Ravencrest][A] <Stormwatch> 25man 16/16N 4/16H

2 posts in this topic

<< Stormwatch >> Guild 25man is needing some class to fill up our roster.Progress 16/16N 4/16H. Raiding Tuesday to Friday at 20h to 23h. We are looking for 1 Warlock, 1 Balance/Resto Druid, 1 Healer Priest.

Even if your class is not listed we always consider exceptional applications.

http://www.stormwatch.nl - For apply.

Who are we?

Stormwatch is a regular guild with good progression and low drama. We suit anyone looking to utilize their skills in end game progression, work as part of a committed and skilled team of players and have some fun whist doing all this.

Our goal ever since the guild was formed back in Vanilla has always remained the same. Defeat all encounters in current tier progression, but do so while respecting the fact there's an actual person behind each character with a real life.

What we do... We raid 4 days per week - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Tuesday, 20:00-23:00.

What we look for? We won't be going for a huge amount of people with standbys and no raid spots, but aim to recruit people capable of keeping their attendance good, minimum 3/4 and make sure they deserve the raid spot. We are strict but fair with anyone looking to make trouble or who doesn't show respect for the other raiders.

We require any applicant to have a love for raids and for progress, have a positive attitude and be able to understand ones mistakes, as no one is flawless. Looking at Myst of Pandaria these are the attributes we value the most.

As a player we expect the following from you:

Good situational awareness and quick reactions

Good survivability

Staying focused and doing what you're supposed to do

In depth knowledge of your class

Ability to communicate with others and understand their roles and points of view

Ability to play more than one spec to a high standard. For pure classes this means switching to whatever spec is optimal for the current progress fight, and for hybrids it means being able to offspec to a high standard (as much as available gear permits).

As a person we expect the following from you:

An open mind and a mature attitude

Fully in control of your raid time and RL

Want to invest time in raiding

Able to handle constructive criticism

able to keep ALL criticism of others constructive

Attending a minimum 3/4 raids, preferably 4/4

Stable internet connection

As loot distribution system we use epgp, so we hope to gear up all equally in a fast pace.

      Greetings fellow Travelers!
Recruitment re-opened for: MDPS   Still seeking:   -Non-Resto Druid Healers
-Non-Shadow Priest RDPS   Thanks for your interest and time! Feel free to add me for further information @ Fastidious#1897   In addition, be advised this guild has transitioned to WoW after a long, long hiatus due to either bad expansions or other games. If you join <WoF>, join for the long haul and for the community and organization we offer, not your personal loot spreadsheet. Save our time, and yours.   -Steven "Fast"   ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now to the recruitment post....

The Dungeon Crawler Network (DCN) has spread its footprint back into the World of Warcraft with this fantastic expansion, Legion. We appreciate the DNA of The Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King present, and are overcome with passion to play the game at the level which we used to.

We are involved in a multitude of MMOs, JRPGs, ARPGs, and the like. If it involves grinding through dungeons to get gear, reputation, and slay internet dragons, we are involved.

Our roots are in the Elder Scrolls, and then the Elder Scrolls Online. You may have heard some of our podcasts, "Tales of Tamriel", "Chocobo Raiders", "Tavern Talk", or the "Midnight Hour" on iTunes in which we the guild, discuss multiple topics to include game development, theory crafting, lore, end-game raiding or PvP content, and even interviews with game developers or other prominent community members. Our leadership facilitates positive in and out-of-game experiences, and everything they and we do is part and parcel to that. We appreciate the games the developers give us, and the guild is the symbol of our many appreciations of that.

Our leadership is versed in end-game PvE and PvP content ranging from EQ, Planetside, Eve, ESO, FFXIV, and of course, World of Warcraft.

Our primary objectives during the initial release period of Legion are as follows:

-Gearing for Sep. 20th raid release

-Establishing dedicated groups who participate primarily in Mythic dungeons due to time constraints

-Flex raiding initially and then Heroic and Mythic-level content

      Guild events are as follows:

      -Heroic/Mythic Dungeons Tue/Wed/Thur 8:30pm-11:30pm

-Raids are Friday and Saturday nights from 8:30pm-11:30pm EST, clean-up nights are OPTIONAL on Sunday and Monday nights in the same time windows

-PvP Nights are yet to be established and will be discussed soon

Now let's talk about what we're looking for and what we offer YOU. We are looking for community members who are here for more than just enjoying the World of Warcraft, but appreciate theory crafting, game discussion, upcoming developments, lore, and game mechanics. We are a community of gamers interested in a variety of games - Joining <Wings of Fate> is more than just joining a WoW guild, you're joining a family and established community.

      What we offer you:

-A dedicated discord server that is constantly populated with members of the community, guild leadership, and everything in between. We talk upcoming games we're hyped about, raid mechanics, and everything already previously discussed. It's a fun place.

-Guild leadership that understands the importance of progression, and understands constraints/limitations. A prime reason for us establishing Mythic dungeon-only groups. They identified while a lot of people will want to raid, just not everyone has the time to dedicate to it.

-An established and positive community. Most of us came to DCN for other games as WoW-WoD wasn't something many of us were interested in. Legion is changing that. We have many folks already participating in guild strategy development for this upcoming expansion - and there's always people around on Discord getting involved with other games and discussions.

-Podcasts! As mentioned before we are involved in a multitude of other MMORPGs, and we participate in community building in a big way. It's only a matter of time before we dig deeper into what Legion will be offering us!

      What we're looking for:

-Active players interested in end-game progression - but not bleeding edge. We are always pushing the football down the field, but if you're looking for a guild that is raiding three to five nights a week to defeat cutting-edge content, we aren't it. At least for now anyway.

-Players interested in the understanding and discussion of player/game mechanics. This one is huge. Know your class, and if you aren't quite there yet, don't be afraid to ask for help or guidance! DCN is populated with some incredibly knowledgeable MMORPG players and we can't facilitate progression without developing our knowledge of in-game mechanics.

-Positive, mature, and goal-oriented players. Progression can get annoying, and wiping forty or fifty times for one reason or another can really get to someone. It's a part of progression. Maturity is a must-have, we are an 18+ guild. No, that doesn't mean we can't sniff out a 30 year-old child either. Criticism can feel harsh, but we only do it to improve our guild performance as a whole. This is a two-way street.
-We also are accepting casual players as they are critical to a positive gaming community - and most casuals end up becoming hardcore players anyway!

Thanks for taking the time to read this post!

Feel free to contact me in-game @ Fastidious#1897 , and stop by the DCN Website @ www.dungeoncrawlernetwork.com to check out some of our Podcasts or get a better idea of what this organization is all about!

Finished HFC at 10/13M, 3 weeks after we started Mythic. 5/13M pre-nerf.
Looking for a guild that progresses on a high end level without the heavyset hours of a typical Mythic guild? Search no longer!
      About Almost Heroes:
<Almost Heroes> is a guild with a core group of members who have been raiding together on all levels of content since MOP, and veterans who having been doing it since vanilla.
We believe in pushing content at a pace that is comfortable but still competitive. By the end of Nighthold, we intend to be sub US 150, and unlike most guilds that you will see in the recruitment forums, we are going to do what it takes to get there.
The majority of our guild members have former US 100 experience, and those who don't have been trialed extensively and proven to us that they have what it takes to perform at a high end level. With that being said, we hold our raiders to a much higher standard than that of most guilds that are on a low commitment 2 day raiding schedule...
Each week we only have 8 hours to complete what most guilds will have 12-16 hours to complete, because of this our raiders are required to have an extensive knowledge of the class that they're playing, excellent raid awareness, and an excellent attitude. In order to accomplish the goals that we've set, all members MUST come to raid prepared, on time, and ready to kick some !@#!

About Us: <Over Raided> is a semi-hardcore raiding guild on US-Stormrage that was officially created in Mists of Pandaria. Our goal has always been to find the fine line between hardcore raiding and still having fun and enjoying each other’s company. We take our raids seriously and do not waste time, but that doesn’t stop us from joking around with one another during raid. We have a very friendly (note: we are not exactly family-friendly) atmosphere that has kept people around. One thing we are proud of as a guild is that we have a very low turnover rate and many loyal members who have stuck with us from the beginning. We are currently looking for people with similar goals who can attend raids consistently and who can meet the expectations required of mythic raiders.
      Expectations:
Meet the attendance requirement Know your class - this means being able to play more than one spec at a mythic level Be able to communicate reliably and consistently when needed Have a stable internet connection Be willing to check forums once every few days Be prepared with raiding supplies - the guild bank supplies these but isn't meant to be relied upon Actually WANT to raid. If you're not having fun, don't bring other people down and just take a break Progression: 13/13M HFC
Raid Schedule – Eastern Time (EST)
      Tuesday 7:30-10:30PM
      Wednesday 7:30-10:30PM
      Thursday 7:30-10:30PM
Attendance Policy: Raiders must maintain 90% attendance at all times. Consistency in the raid roster is one of most important things in a mythic raiding guild. If you cannot commit to this attendance requirement, we are not the guild for you.
How to apply: Go to our website at http://over-raided.enjin.com and review our guild policies on the top menu. After that, simply submit a private application form, which can also be found at the top menu.
Loot System: We use the EPGP Lootmaster addon to distribute loot.
      Voice: Mumble
Currently recruiting: We will consider any qualified application    If your class isn't listed here but you're still interested, feel free to apply, or contact one of us.    Contact Information: GM: Adorele (Squee#1987) Raid Leader: Rukoshi (Rukoshi#1218) Officer:  Unsafe (Jish#1863)
