[US-THRALL][H] <Grievance> Mature/Family Oriented

Recommended Posts

Grievance is recruiting for our Horde guild on Thrall.

http://www.grievancegaming.org/forums/viewforum.php?f=475

Ever buy a game (or download a free to play MMO) and sit there waiting to choose a server, hoping you choose a good one with good people that are helpful, and not just jerks that flame you when you ask a question? Ever hate joining a guild because you know no one? Ever hop from guild to guild trying to find one that suits you and your play style? Have you ever quit a game that you liked, but could never get help from guildies, or even find a guild that you liked? Well, I am here to tell you there is an answer. Grievance is here to have fun with you, to raid with you if you wish, and to explore and enjoy your game with you.

Grievance is an online gaming community that spans many games.

Grievance is a family-oriented online gaming community. We have a very rich and honorable heritage that spans many games over many years, during which Grievance has proven that one can have a very rewarding gaming experience, yet have a life as well. The concepts of family, honor, and loyalty are hallmarks of Grievance, and are expected to be upheld and respected by all members.

Grievance is an adult gaming community, 18+ only. We have many long term members. This is no start-up guild! We were formed in October 15, 2000. We were not always known as Grievance, but the membership has been strong and growing!

We are one of the few trademarked guilds in all gaming communities. We are comprised of singles, married couples, retired people, military members, college students, and people located through out the US and other nations.

When you join Grievance, you join a family. This family spans many games, and even on opposite sides of the same game. Grievance is always a strong presence in games they are in. Grievance even has a real life get together, like a family reunion. We have this every year. We have a strong management support for each game, not same leaders in every game at one time.

We at Grievance are always looking to expand as anyone would expect. The larger the Grievance community the better it is. Wouldn't it be nice to start a game at launch, and have a lot of Grievance members log in with you, on the same server and same side? Imagine the friendships you will make with such a strong gaming community.

If Grievance seems like the place for you, please feel free to visit our forums, as they are free to register and browse. Come see what games we are in and the servers we reside on. There is always an officer of a certain game or a council member willing to answer any questions. We hope you will come take a look, and introduce yourself in the Forum Registration/Applications Forum. Let us know a bit about yourself and what games you are interested or currently playing in. Hope to see you there.

Having a GREAT time over on Horde side, Thrall-US!

What we do:

1)  we are working on raid progression in HFC, raiding 2 nights a week with an optional run during the week.  This is a casual gaming guild, so although we expect some minimum gearing/chant/gem/food/pots etc, you almost certainly can run with the group when you get in.

2)  we are working on Tanaan Jungle grinding/Pathfinder and all that, as a group.

3)  we are doing some Fun Runs for mounts.  We just earned Reins of Galakras for a bunch of people, and plan to get some more final achievements done for a few more.  We're doing the Armored Skywing mount next.

4) we try to get all our 7/7 5 man Guild Challenges met, so we are working on some lovely gold for our raiders' repairs.  And just in general, keep all the work we do fun, interesting, and full of new faces.

The way Grievance Gaming works is that we support multiple games and platforms and has a presence in about every MMO.  Though most of us play WoW only, we have a lot of members who do play multiple games.  And we support how you want to play, whether it's all through solo leveling and just need a group from time to time, or whether you want to group every night.  It works because we have a lot of members and when something needs to be done, we can form kill mobs and make stuff happen.

It's so awesome, so glad I took the step and joined 2+ years ago.  Check out the site and register on www.grievancegaming.org.    We monitor that site pretty much round the clock, or add me at pia#1417.laugh.png laugh.png laugh.png

Having a great time in our raids, in what we like to do, namely, get a lot of friends into the raids with us and see a lot of success with casual, fun people.  We're currently on every night doing stuff, from ten to thirty people on nightly, some who raid and some who just want company and friends to play with.

Our raid progression is 5/13 down, we'll do Gorefiend tonight.  We raid Tuesday and Thursday, 9-11 EST.  We have an optional raiding day, currently Friday, and we'll do BRF or catch up or do what people more or less need or want.  And we're also doing some Fun Runs on the weekend, currently working on the Armored Skyscreamer (Glory of the ToT Raider reward).

Grats, Kaimito and Korell for getting their legendary rings!

We have had so much fun this week and in the last few weeks have met many awesome new guildies.  I love hanging with all my guildies doing raids (we added an additional night of raiding!) and this fun run was a Throne of Thunder tribute run for mount rolls and pets.  We also have done some 5 mans as a group plus we've been leveling lowbies for laughs.

Come join the fun!

We believe in the principles of family, loyalty, teamwork, personal responsibility, and friendliness.

We do offer many perks such as access to guild bank at all levels, guild repair for all, players online round the clock, and no shortage of people to group with including for your legendary runs, for your TJ dailies, and we are able to do that because of our awesome and plentiful guildies!

We attract people from all walks of life because we highly believe in the principles that all are welcome who can function well in a large group.  You're not going to hear any bullcrap politics and drama, and we have an optional mature channel for those who are PVP'ing or doing LFR or something in a group where things get intense.  All our other chat rooms are PG-13.

Though most of our guild are Hordies through and through, it's not a big deal if you play other games or play on the Alliance as most of us do have a few other games we want to try.

We'd appreciate finding any really cool members out there who want to give us a try.  You probably will find several people in your situation, those of you reading this who have really missed an awesome guild over the years, but you feel that you don't want to make new friends or find new people to play, many of us have found each other.  It's just so awesome!

Many of our guildies feel that they have come home when they found this group.  I encourage everyone to apply to www.grievancegaming.org and start up an account or merely message me on this toon or on pia#1417.

Within the first week, I was pretty sure I wouldn't need to look for another guild again, and for that matter another guild in any game I choose to play, because grievance isnt just a guild but a gaming communityw ith their hands in many games, they are a great group of positive helpful people.

As the old addage goes, you get out of something what you put into it. This is especially true for Grievance, if you are sociable and get yourself involved you will find people willing to do almost anything with you, and for you.

Please check out a really awesome, fun guild absolutely FULL of adults who just want to relax in game and have a good time.  Come check us out at www.grievancegaming.org.  Create a website identity and apply in our forums post!

We're clearing HFC at the moment with groups ranging from small 10-12 to 20 or more twice a week.

A bunch of us got our mounts today for 6.2 and did some raiding and LFR as a big group.  We are on Iskar now and we raid about 2x a week or more.  With fun runs to win cool mounts.  This week, we're working on ToT for Glory of the Thundering Raider and the Armored Skywing.

Please come check us out if you would like to meet some awesome people who know what it means to keep a good guild together.  We try very hard to make it a fun day every day you are online.

Although I have played WOW since early on, I joined Grievance a little shy of 3 years ago to play another game. I was immediately floored at how tight knit the community was for being such a large organization.  As I continued to play on I dabbled in some of the other games that Grievance had to offer and found that the community for each game was just as great as the others.  A little time has passed and I decided to come back to my MMO roots and jump back into WOW again.  Naturally, I followed the Grievance path and joined up with the Horde guild here on Thrall. Bar none, these guys and gals are just such a great group of people to game and even hang out with. Got my gear level up and recently started back raiding with them and I am really having a good time at it.  I can certainly echo what has already been said, and that is that Grievance is family.  It is not just some one off guild, but a family and community that I can see myself continuing to be a part of indefinitely.

Another awesome week for the guild!

We're farming the first 6 bosses or so of Hellfire Citadel weekly with a progression run (or two) per week for the last 2 weeks.

We are looking forward to the IRL meetup in Lake Lanier, GA in June, 2016.  Just a few more months!

We are doing Mythics for funsies when we have downtime and 5 members on who want to go

We do the Weekend Events (we're doing the Weekend Event: Call to Battle) as a group and we always ALWAYS do the Timewalking!  Those are great fun, and we always cap out 7/7 every week!

We just have so much fun and we always try to get together as a big group and do fun things, no matter what the content is like.  We're dedicated to the game and to our guild, and the concepts of family, honor and loyalty, can't go wrong!

Lately, we've been busy clearing and gearing!

  • We've been doing Mythic 5 man content, regardless of whether it's the weekend event!
  • We've been clearing more bosses and getting our guildies more loot in Hellfire Citadel, recently clearing Iskar, Fel Lord Zakun and Gorefiend
  • We're gearing friends in Tanaan Jungle as a big group and working on getting flying in big groups for those who still need it!
  • We still do weekly fun runs, doing Throne of Thunder clears now, will be doing Heroic Throne of Thunder next week, working on our Glory of the Thundering Raider/Armored Skywing Mount!
  • We're working on a LEGENDARY race for our combined Horde and Alliance guilds for crazy fun prizes!!

This is for real, we do these pretty much daily.  If you're looking for new friends because you haven't been gaming 24/7 like you used to, have a family or real life obligations, really this guild is going to make you do cartwheels and jumping jacks like you used to when you had hella fun friends gaming every night.  You will feel like you can get caught up right away and start playing with friends.  Come check us out at www grievance gaming org and look at the WoW-H Applicant forums and see who has recently signed up and come play!

Been a busy few weeks for Grievance since I last talked to you all. 2 more raid bosses down in HFC. Socrethar and Mannoroth, putting us at 11/13 and leaving us staring down the pipe at Archimonde, it is only a matter of time now for the kill.

We had our firsst naked race, with our Alliance affiliate of Grievance. The event spanned 2 nights, with a great turnout of about 40 people per night, great prizes such as mounts, heirlooms, pets and other items were won an. We had such a great time doing them that immediately plans were starting to be made for a second run in the near future.

a steady influx of players has seen our evenings grow to an average of 20+ people onlinein the evening, giving the opportunity to get different group activities to be formed.

Mikiki's Saturday night fun runs into older raid content to clear for achievemants, transmog gear, mounts and pets has continued to be popular, giving a variety of people completion on glory of the raider achievemants for various expacs.

If you are looking for a great guild and great gaming community with strong Family values. Grievance may be a perfect fit for  you, I know it has for me.

Hey guys, just celebrated our 15th year as a guild!  Expecting a really great year for our 15th IRL meetup in Lake Lanier, GA!

We are 11/13 Normal (some guildies have a few Heroic kills as well) in Hellfire Citadel.  Working on farms of Tier bosses, courtesy of one of our officers.  We're looking for great guildies who excel in positions of TEAMWORK and working as a unit.  However, we have an especial need for heals or healing offspecs! If you are OK flipping in and out of roles as need be, you need to come and check us out.  Any monks, shammy, priest, druids, pallies, come join us for some farms or progression.

We have done a lot this week, from farming for olde school mounts to Timewalker to finishing up Pathfinder for our guild, we excel at grouping in large groups and having everyone seeing us in Tanaan Jungle!  We've also joined up with 6 or 7 new guildies this week alone, and we're hoping to get to know them too and have many years together.

I've just celebrated my 2nd year anniversary in June and I can't wait to hit the 3 marker in 2016 as well.

Don't sit there wondering if this is the guild for you, just take the jump and you won't be sorry!  Many friends and adventures are waiting for you.  I am so glad I joined and it's been the best guild ever!

Hello WoW peoples, been about a month since I talked to you all. but it has been another busy two weeks for grievance, lots of people online doing various things. Although raiding for alot of guilds has slowed down, Grievance keeps plugging along, with a recent 3 kills in Heroic it puts us at 3/13 heroic, and 12/13 on normal for hellfire Citadel raid bosses. Given the amount of time Grievance devotes to raiding, that being 2 hrs  a night on Tuesday and Thursday, I think we are making some pretty dcent progress. We are indeed looking especially for some Ranged Casting classes, and Healers especially to shore up some holes we are sometimes faced with, to help us push through these bosses while at the same time continuing to provide a social family friendly atmosphere, that any lover of WoW can call home. A ton of great new friendly recruits have kept us busy and entertained, as well as the happiness of some old members returning to try out the game with all the legion announcements.

With the new patch drop and new timewalking the first few days of this week have been especially busy, with timewalking, heroics, and mythic dungeons being done on a regular basis.

So if you are looking for the type of guild we speak about in our myriad of posts of above, if you are a returning player whose guild died away while you have been gone. Or look at WoW as your social outlet and enjoy chatting with others in Teamspeak. Give us a look we may be the guild for you.

Cheers,

Shifty

So much progress, luck and fun this week in Grievance Gaming, Thrall (Horde)!

First, we cleared normal for the first time, not bad for a family gaming guild!  wub.png   Now we're 13/13 and 4/13 in Heroic.  We have a regular raiding team and a progression team, used at times where we need to focus, and we're always putting our heads together to make sure we do our best with what we have.

This guild is not your typical raiding guild.  You come first.  We know our team, we know their situations and we always account for IRL > game.

Since we have Valor Points added in 6.2.3, we are working on upgrades for all, which means a lot of grouping.  We are doing Mythics almost every day for fun and Valor, so that we can increase iLvl for all.

Also, we're working on interesting ways to explore content, such as more fun runs, working on unusual mounts and titles and the like.  Soon we will have an in-game holiday, so we are planning on getting a big group together to run some raids in our Winter's Veil hats and just have a really fun couple of nights running raids in costumes and doing a gift exchange.

I hope you'll take a look at Grievance Gaming, if you are thinking your guild is slowing down and you're not sure who will stay for Legion, or if you want to raid but just not as much as IRL allows, or if you have any reason why you're not interested in raiding as much as your guild needs you for.  Also if you tend to be a dabbler, it won't cause any friction in this guild because most of us play other games from time to time as well, within Grievance Gaming where we can pretty much find friends right away who are invested in their game.

Come check us out at www.grievancegaming.com, create an account and apply in a forums post for WoW-H!

Grievance on Thrall (Horde) Still really busy having fun in Warlords content! We recently defeated Archimonde (twice) and we're progressing on Heroic while still doing normal group runs. Our guild has never been more fun or stronger.

Have you decided what you might like to play in Legion? Want a bunch of level 100's to choose from to see what you might decide to main? Not sure what to do because friends aren't playing anymore, or your guild can't work with your IRL schedule?[/background]

Come check out Grievance! www.grievancegaming.com (create a user account then follow the links to the Applicant forums)

  • We're still doing TJ dailies.
  • We still are doing Normal and Heroic runs, we're 13/13 Normal and 7/13 Heroic.
  • We support both a casual gaming 2x a week and a more progression team 1x a week so you can get what you want out of the raids
  • We have plenty of people on
  • We support a vast array of different types of people, players, creeds, etc. so we basically are after a drama free, positive gaming experience. No drama. No bullcrap. We'd love to have you, just message me on pia#1417 or check out the site and we'll get you going right away.

    Must be 18 or over!!!

We hope you check out Grievance-H on Thrall if you are interested in a new home. We are 13/13 Normal and 8/13 Heroic. Go team!

I know there is a lot of excitement about what 7.0 has to offer and a few of us have been actively seeking information in Beta. But we still have a lot to do in the xpac for fun, including many fun groups and new people. We are also raiding with both experienced and newish raiders or returning raiders, helping them get geared and closer to or completing tier 18 set pieces.

We are at about 280 accounts and over 800 members, and we've recently made a big push within the guild to help people explore all the game has to offer. Why are we doing this? We want to empower our guildies to find stuff to do using features of the guild such as:

1. our active TeamSpeak server;

2. anyone/everyone on TS letting others know who needs something or to assist those please form groups for content that is either needed or fun to do in a group;

3. with our guild and friends, grouping for content at 100 in gchat, whether normal, heroic, or Mythic

4. guild grouping for Timewalking events;

5. using active gchat to look for others to play with or for tips on game play

6. a very active and social forum where you can join in to look for content, to request something fun be done or find others wanting to twink or PVP; and

7. enabling our guildies to utilize these channels to find who to play with, where to play, how to play what they need and how to form groups and be proactive.

With a big, active guild like ours, you should be able to envision yourself in a group and join in the fun right away. TeamSpeak, guild chat, and very active forums at your fingertips, Grievance is basically your guild to help find friends to play how you like to play.

Most of us have either a background in serious raiding, working with guilds as officers, and dealing with people. All of us within the game and are mature, non-jerks, orientation-friendly, non judgmental people as long as everyone follows the basic guild charter and Organizational charter.

Why did we come to Grievance? All of us share that in common: looking for a home. Tired of guild shopping. Tired of switching servers.

WELCOME TO GRIEVANCE! APPLY ON OUR WEBSITE AND START A POST!

Cheers.

We are now 13/13 Normal and 9/13 Heroic. Not bad for a "casual" raiding guild working with a variable roster running 2 hours a night, 2-3 nights a week!

Let me give you an example of what this guild has done to help each other out. A guildie needed her Archimonde kill for the week last night, and posted a message on our forums that she was looking for helpers to join her in LFG on a night where our guild doesn't raid. She was able to fill that roster packed full of guildies, some of whom already had done their Archi kill for the week on that toon, just to help out. Ultimately, only about 4 pugs were added. With the great majority of the group in TeamSpeak, the run went smoothly and our guildie was able to get that kill, with friends, by using the forums to gain support of her group.

Check out our community sites on Twitter, Twitch and Facebook to see recent guild activities, or log into www.grievancegaming.org and create an account to view our community sites!

Make a post on the forum called:

Board index » Grievance Guilds, Clans, And Embassies (Applicants Apply Here) » Grievance Guilds » World of Warcraft » Apply Here to join Grievance in WoW

and get into TeamSpeak to have your added to the guild in game.
