For me, Master Angler of Azeroth (Before the "nerf") and Accomplished Angler. Also notable is Old Crafty. Old Ironjaw, I'm coming for you.

even though since achievements are account bound now, and seeing many using it, for me myself those are the ones i am most proud of, and worked for, got more  but yeah So..

I've always said that if I was to ever get Ashes of A'lar I would seriously have to consider retiring permanently from WoW.  Congrats.

Mine was getting Realm First! Challenge Conqueror: Gold with my guild mates on my druid.  The transmog armor is amazing.  I'm hoping to gear my paladin up and get gold on it as well.

60 Exalted Reputations for the sheer length of time it took.
My favourite FOS, Insane in the Membrane closely followed by the fantastically named Did Somebody Order a Knuckle Sandwich?

For me, it was getting Mountain o' Mounts way back in Wrath.  I farmed, I grinded, I leveled and dropped professions... Took a long time and sacrifices from a couple guildies on some drops... But there was no better feeling than sitting on the bank steps in Dalaran on my beautiful Blue Dragonhawk

For mine, I would have to say Scourer of the Eternal Sands by far.  I had not been questing in Uldum very long (on my rogue) when the Tiny Camel Figurine popped up and I clicked it.  Unbelievably, the thing teleported me to the Steam Pools first time and I found myself staring at Dormus the Camel Hoarder and wondering if I had the stuff to solo him.  It took blowing all my cooldowns but I managed it and was rewarded with my most cherished title, "The Camel Hoarder".  To this day, I have not seen more than a half dozen others on my server, so I wear it proudly, but only on the character that earned it.
