Open Ports in Modem TPLink 340G + Motorola SB5101 (Getting always Closed)

Well guys i am having some troubles with my inet service, i call them and they said to me that they "CANT" open ports for my conection, so i have to use a Router (TPLINK 340G) for open the ports.

I have opened the ports in the Router TPLINK. Ports, Both TCP and UPD 3724 and 1119

I check the ports on Whatsmyip ports and they STILL CLOSED:

All test from WMIP PORTS TEST for Games are Closed

I am using de iPv4 IPv4 /ipconfig

What i am doing wrong?

I cant get help from the inetservice becouse in Argentina costumer servive is pretty bad, and they dont care about the performance of the service.

Someone can help me?

Also i CANT LOGGING in the SB5101 Router Config Admin becouse the router "autoconfig" at the same moment that i conect the cable from the inet service.

Sorry for my bad english.

I will really apreciate you solution. Maybe i am doing something wrong.
