So when do you use it simple enough I hope on cool down or some other time I know there is a time not to use i think it is something like
Do not consume Backdraft with Chaos Bolt. Always use Backdraft on Incinerate for optimal Mana return and use of your Burning Embers. Is this correct

Yes, never use Chaos Bolt with more than 2 stacks of Backdraft. If you have 3 or more, it will consume them for little to no benefit. Always use Backdraft on Incinerates.

So basically use as available as long as backdraft is not up. Ty again for the help
