6637.
I have played around with stat priority and cant get a close configuration so any help would be great. Only thing I want to try and do is keep my hit around 12% from what I tested and seen on other sites that seems to be working the best for me.

"Optimize" on Mr. Robot never works for me either. If you don't mind going in and editing the gear you have upgraded, I prefer wowreforge. You simply click on one of your pieces, and put in the correct secondary stats totals (which you can locate on wowhead if need be). Then set your Haste softcap, and it does the rest for you.

also, you've mis-gemmed your chest. at least, at the robot pull i'm looking at.
here's my run at it.

here's the gems i used top to bottom
lightning
wicked
fractured
wicked/sensei
wicked/fractured
wicked
wicked
12.13% hit 6789 haste
edit: i'll add, that if you upgrade a haste piece, i think you'll be able to drop one of the wicked for a hit/mastery

that's where i was thinking that if you upgraded a haste piece you'd make up those last 14 points (getting that next glove upgrade gives you like 26 points of haste, so that'll certainly do it.)
edit: and i do all my selections manually. i just really like the AMR interface

I've used reforge lite to force hit cap since 4% hit made me miss a lot. Any Ideas?
Here's my character

here's my run at it, included gems and enchants

any reforge you had that took you out of mastery i got rid of.
taking you to the 3043 haste point until you get rid of spirit gear and greens.
orange gems are Keen vermilion
greens are Sensei's
and the blue is a Rigid
