Tremor Weakaura help request

Hey Guys,

 

Fairly new back to the game after a break and dusting off my shaman. I am a bit slow to spot party members that are feared/charmed or sleeped. Would a weakaura or tellmewhen be able to tell me that a party member (5 mans) is affected by one of those and that tremor totem is off cd? and if so does anyone have one?
