My monk is Praxidikai. It is the name of the collective group of Greek Mythological figures who made sure justice was done.

I had two -
Lionheart
or
Fotmonk
I went Lionheart, as my Mage (Carebear) needed a friend.
My guild tag is: <Forest of Feelings>

I went with Porkbuns, and my wife went with Springrolls. (Obviously this expac is making us think about Chinese food 24/7.)

I am Morphia. My priest alt is Hëroina and because of that many my guildmates started jokes about the drug refference in this name and it became sort of folklore in our gild, so I wanted to keep the theme. I also plan tu run a mage called Amphetamina and shaman Kokaina

I just started playing my monk again, so I decided to throw my name in the pot aswell
My monk was originally meant to be a healer, but ended up being a tank somehow O.o
But I find her name fitting for both roles, and the fact that I could get Mistsoul without reserving it is kinda shocking to me

Sakagami. It's a Clannad reference. For those who haven't seen it, Tomoyo Sakagami is a woman who is very tough. She's a good martial artist. Whenever the comic relief character starts hitting on her she goes into this Tekken thing where she starts kicking him and it builds up to like a 800+ hit combo. Pretty funny.
Anyhow since she was all about punches and kicks I thought it'd be humorous to make a female panda monk using her name.

Kinlai!
I planned my monk well ahead of launch; RAF-levels to 80, heirlooms, bags, transmog and even macros, but I just couldn't find a name. So at 0:00 launch date I had to come up with something! It became Kinlai, probably related to how I fell in low with Peak of Serenity and Kun-Lai Summit on the beta. I think it works well.

Well, my monk's name is Tuwongfu! Was seeing what was on tv at the exact time I was creating my monk on first day and there was a movie on with the same name, spelled differently... I spelled it this way and it wasn't taken.. Seemed perfect.. Got lots of compliments on the name.. few people said it was the coolest monk name so I kept it..
