Tempest Rush T10/GR45+ idea

Need some ideas.

Sounds a little crazy but since I've noticed more tempest rush based legendary items, Ive been trying to create a Tempest Rush build. So far Ive been able to run through T10 without dying but taking a long time to kill mobs of creatures. I would like to attempt a GR45 run without set items with a tempest rush build. Here are my Items so far.

 

Helm: Kegeki's Unbreakable Spirit

Chest: Cindercoat (suggestions?)

Gloves: Magefist (suggestions?)

Shoulders: Mantle of Channeling

Bracers: Cesar's Momento

Pants: Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan

Boots: The Crudest Boots or Illusory Boots (Suggestions)

Rings: Unity, Broken Promises

Neck: Hellfire Necklace

 

Weapon: Balance or Warstaff of General Quang (Which ever one isnt used is in the cube)

 

Any Suggestions on Gems, Passives are kinda easy to pick out since you want speed and spirit regen.

 

Skills I'd think that would work with it is cyclone strike with Ice rune and sweeping wind with the Spirit regen rune.
