Frost vs Arcane Pve dungeon and raid 6.2.3

Hello guys i read a lot this fourm and i have a question almost all i read about frost vs arcane is with old patch i dont find 6.2.3 can u guys tell me what is better for dungeon and raid in this patch 6.2.3 frost o arcane? sorry for my english pls

Hey there! basically arcan is the strongest mage build in WoD currently. although it depends on your gear and which one do you like the most. I prefer frost mage, but I'm currently trying myself on arcane. to make a long story short, arcan does WAY MORE burst DPS than frost mages do. but if you are low geared like below 710 you should go with frost mage because it deals moderate DPS and porvides solid DPS, arcane is just a huge burst and then drops. The gear and stats that you have are an important part too, as an arcane mage you wanna stack MASTERY>MULTISTRIKE>HASTE... as Frost it depends on your gear, basically you wanna stack MULTISTRIKE.. but you find a more precise and indepth guide in the frost mage section on icy-veins.

Arcane is superior for single target regardless of gear. Once you get the Prophecy of Fear from Mannoroth, Arcane surpasses Frost in all situations.
