Suggestions Please

Hi everyone. Hope this is in the right place, Wasn't really sure where else to put it.

Wife and I will be running some heroics but mostly going through older content for the fun of it. Wondering which combination of classes that we have will be ok. She has an Enhancement Shaman but isn't always to comfortable in melee range I think sometimes and also has a Survival Hunter and I have a BM Hunter and Elemental Shaman. Now we aren't worried about haveing issues gearing them up. Just trying to find which combination might work best for us. Anyone have any experience or ideas?

I think an Enhancement Shaman is great for running old content. You can easily heal yourself by consuming stacks of Maelstrom Weapon with a healing spell. Then, you can complement her with your hunter by bringing a tanking pet.
