5.2 haste breakpoints

Recommended Posts

Been looking around and people are now stating a new break point of 9700 for affliction locks now? is this correct been at the 6770 and wondering if i should dump mastery to reach it I am now base mastery around 80% just over hit cap and hast and crit are good to go I believe.

Thank you for the help

Stack as much Haste as you can as Affliction. Don't worry about thresholds as you won't be mindful of them with proper play and executing DoT reapplication with procs and buffs. Haste stacks endlessly as Affliction.

No. It's just a flat damage buff with no special things about it. You also get 3000 more rating in raids with a Mastery buff, so don't forget to account for that.

ok wow so that is why my dps is probably shit compared to other locks in guild around 25% haste ugh so basically get to hit cap or close and then max haste out. have to reforge and so on tonight and see what i can dump into haste then and keep hit close to 15% or so just got power auras to help with procs and so on.

thank you again for all the help
