Losing set bonus for higher ilvl gear?

My guild is currently progressing through mythic hfc and ive gotten a few pieces with bonus roll that are higher ilvl and the right kind of stats, but ive been hesistant to drop my set bonus. My question is; is it worth it to drop the 4 piece bonus and go for higher ilvl gear with better stats? My main spec is necroblight but the question applies to dw frost too.

Neither 4 piece is super doopah powerful so if you have drastically higher ilvl gear go ahead and break tier.

Today i obtain Felfinger Runegloves. Heroic Warforged

So question is...is it better for me to change set gloves with this one? and loose 4 set bonus?
