aggro shaman -> should you kill the armorsmith?

Early in the game when you have a good set of 2 draws and you are facing warrior (not knowing what type it is), would you kill the armorsmith?

Best to clear him the chance you get.

If its patron warrior, his 3-mana ghoul will give him lots of armour

If its control or a c'thun warrior, he will hide it behind a taunt, giving him armour.

Not only that, it can also clear your 1/1 minions that you may have, while giving him armour, making the overall situation harder to deal with later on.

Agreeing with Ith here. Armorsmith is a serious game-changer. It can take a "guaranteed" win for you and turn it into a "haha, you're never going to kill me".

 

It's one of those cards that you never really think of as a threat until they're sitting at 30+ armour and you can't touch the smith anymore.

Besides if you prevent him from gaining somewhere between 5-7 armor (depending on how exactly you kill it) it ends up being a net gain in damage dealt to your opponent.
