Rogue combat with dagger and mace

Hi Everybody!

Would like to know if my combat rogue could use this amazing dagger dropped on ner zhul mythic warforged and 730  ilvl in right hand and use her mace in left hand 715 ilvl? loss dps or better go on my second mace 715 ilvl?

I'm going to copy and paste the information from our combat guide concerning weapon choice:

Weapon choice can be quite tricky as a Combat Rogue.

For single-target situations, here is how the various combinations rank (at equal item level):

Slow Main-hand / Slow Off-hand;
Fast Main-hand / Slow Off-hand = Slow Main-hand / Fast Off-hand;
Fast Main-hand / Fast Off-hand.

For multiple-target situations where you can use Blade Flurry, here is how the various combinations rank (at equal item level):

Fast Main-hand / Slow Off-hand;
Fast Main-hand / Fast Off-hand;
Slow Main-hand / Slow Off-hand;
Slow Main-hand / Fast Off-hand.

Given the information above, I would suggest using the dagger in your main-hand and the mace in your off-hand, as you are currently.

Gonna hop in here and just mention that for Combat you should be using the highest weapon damage in your main hand and your offhand should be the highest weapon dps that you can get. If you have multiple options for your offhand with the same dps, you should use the slower of the two.

The whole Blade Flurry thing used to be the case, but it's irrelevant on current patch
