[Twisting Nether][H] <Paradigma> dps and healers

HI there, Paradigma on Twisting Nether is a well-established guild that has been raiding over many years from back in EQ and have been raiding since Vanilla.
We are currently recruiting for the next Expansion Legion we wish to get back onto progressing in to Mythic in this next expansion.

A bit of back ground on our raiding experience.
We have a semi-serious raiding core, cleared in classic up to Twin Emperors.

In TBC we clear all content and SWP we did 1/6 (6/6 SWP after nerf).

In WotlK, we cleared Naxx, EoE and Sarth3D before patch 3.1 and cleared Ulduar (except Algalon) before patch 3.2., ToC, ToGC (4/5) ICC (12/12)

In Cataclysm first tier 5/13(HC), Firelands 6/7(HC) and Dragon Soul 6/8(HC)

We had a rough start in MoP which ended up with us leaving Emeriss for a more populated server and we are finally back on track with our raids
We stop raiding with about 4 months before WOD and still got SoO 8/14(mythic) which is not so bad with only 2 nights of 3 hours raiding.

Highmaul - 7/7 normal 7/7 HC 1/7 Mythic

Blackrock foundry 10/10N 10/10 HC

Hellfire Citadel 13/13N 13/13 HC 1/13 Mythic we kind of stop raiding once Blizzard announced Legion will be 9 months away and now only doing achievements to pass the time.

Our members

Majority of members have raided and known each other for over 10 years and we only recruit people who fit in the same mind-set, fun and enjoy raiding but can be serious at the same time.

We also work as most members are over 25 years of age and this is why we only raid 2 nights a week, on a Wednesday and Sunday from 8pm-11:30pm server time, we also add in a Friday raid during progression which is not mandatory just for those who can make it. 
We are looking for raid members that can raid these days and times so if you can't make 7 out of the 8 nights for the month then please don't apply.

We currently not raiding till Legion starts but from 3rd August some of us are coming back to try the new specs and to gear up some of our current members DH.

We have come to a point where our raid roster needs boosting, so we are looking at having a full raid for the first tier that hits Legion.

We are currently looking for the following classes.

1 x Elemental Shaman
2 x Boomkin
1 x warlock
2 x Shadow Priest
1 x Hunter

Melee

DK
Paladin
Rogues

Healer

1 x Preist
1 x Shammy/Monk/Paladin

Other classes still apply we will look at good ppl anytime.
