Dungeon boss kills do not award Wardens rep. I just cleared VotW on Heroic difficulty and my rep bar did not move. 

Maybe it's up to a certain standing but definitely not as honored 5k+.

An update is incoming v. soon that you get rep at the end of the dungeon rather than for every boss kill. I'll double check each dungeon and the criteria for awarding rep, but it should still function as it did on launch.

You do NOT gain rep. from the instance any more, not from single bosses or at the end of the instance. My rep bar did not move (im honored).

Which instance were you clearing? And on what difficulty?

I got linked to this comment chain from the Warden's Rep Guide. The Warden's Rep Guide feels like there was some copy-and-paste entry for each of the Legion factions, with only the rewards and locales updated. The issue is - the Wardens is not a standard Rep and the guide is, consequently, completely wrong. Azsuna's faction is Court of Fardonis, not Wardens. Warden's Rep is earned by any WANTED World Quest (which also awards rep for the region faction) or any of the PVP Towers (e.g. Cordana).

Just finished Vault of the Wardens Heroic and received no rep. The guide is in error in that regard.

Not sure why it links to this comment thread, but I'll pass it on nonetheless and get that link fixed. It definitely should go to its own thread.

As for the guide, there should be updates being released in the next 7 days to all old rep guides and order hall ones.

Guide still states Wardens rep is gained from doing the dungeon, and it seems this isn't the case.

      USER INTERFACE AND ACCESSIBILITY
      Several changes have been made to improve the experience of finding Mythic+ groups in Premade Group Finder: Advanced filters will now only appear for max level characters. Filter options will now save between sessions. Language filters will no longer appear for characters on North American realms. Declined applications will now save between refreshes. When previewing an ensemble or arsenal, the Dressing Room will now show a list of items included in the bundle. Each item can be viewed independently by clicking its name in the list. Solo Shuffle scoreboards will now show the results of the match (Victory, Draw, or Defeat) in the title.

      More Classes for the Dracthyr Race in The War Within

      Game Director Ion Hazzikostas has confirmed that the Dracthyr race will have more class options in The War Within. However, this feature may not be ready in time for the expansion's launch.
      This update was highlighted in a tweet by MrGM, who shared insights from a London content creator interview about the Dracthyr.
      The plan is to introduce the ability for Dracthyr to play as other classes in War Within. Emphasis on playing in Visage form. Required animations for other classes are actively being worked on.
