So I understand that according to the guide haste is better than int, so does this mean that i should skip on items of Higher IL that have Less/no haste than an already equipped item? thanks in advance. It depends often on the weighting of your character's stats. To get perfect stat weights, you'll need to use Simcraft. For general advice, if it is less than 10 item levels higher with no haste vs. an item with haste, you take the one with Haste. This changes at different gear levels though.
