But Frost is simply stronger on lower item levels, but it lacks the good scaling, this is why Arcane/Fire becomes better at about 530 ilevel. Arcane is viable for fresh 90s but it lacks movement abilities, and it is a bit harder than frost to play on a very decent level. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
