the encounter you are progressing on (this includes raid size and difficulty);
your party or raid composition (how many tanks/healers/dps and also what classes and specs each of your raiders are playing);
the point of the fight when you are wiping and the mechanic(s) you are wiping to;
a combatlog of your attempts (ideally on www.worldoflogs.com).

Additionally, you can mention anything else you already think is causing the problem (low DPS, players failing at specific tasks).
