I think you may be a little too focused on big attacks, and the need to combo in order to get a kill.

I typically build my combo/burst decks taunt heavy.  Early power and early control are big deals for a late burst deck.  I'd, at a minimum, drop a Fire Ele and the Stormwind Champion for a Booty Bay Brawler and any 3 mana taunt.

Fire Elemental is too good to drop.  It's like the Shaman's equivalent of "Fireball" or "Druid of the Claw"; they're omnipresent, and with good reason.  I also think this is a mid-range deck and not a late-game one (mostly due to lack of giant stompy legendaries; late-game is nearly impossible to build starting out unless you're a druid).  Do you often find Bloodlust sitting in your hand while you try to keep minions on the board?  If not, great, carry on, I'm jealous.  If so, consider dropping it for something more consistently useful (Stranglethorn Tiger, maybe).  If you can craft yourself some Feral Spirits, they're pretty fantastic; you can hide your weaker minions behind them (Flametongue Totem in the middle is my personal favorite, and is a perfect followup play while you eat the Overload) and they can apply pressure on their own.

I'd also suggest dropping the Novice Engineer and maybe the crocolisk (or shieldbearer, I'm not fond of them) for a pair of Loot Hoarders.  Novice is nice for control decks that need to maintain hand size, but as a more aggressive deck the extra power is more than sufficient compensation for the slight delay on the card draw.

If you're going to craft stuff, I would definitely start with Feral Spirits, and from there maybe grab a Lightning Storm to retake the board from faster decks.  Good luck, and happy hearthstoning!
