In our first Hearthstone Spotlight, we present you with Value Town, a Hearthstone show that airs every Thursday and is co-hosted by a number of very popular and proficient Hearthstone streamers, such as Kripparian and Trump. The show is designed to help new players get a deeper understanding of Hearthstone gameplay and strategy.

As we announced in our 3-year anniversary news, we are going to have regular features on the website. Hearthstone Spotlight is one of them, and this is the first issue. This feature will be weekly and will promote a resource that we believe will be valuable and useful to our readers. In particular, we will focus on educational and instructional Hearthstone resources, that help players improve their strategic thinking.

This week, we present you with Value Town, a Hearthstone show that focuses on helping newer players get a deeper understanding of Hearthstone. The show is hosted by the tireless ChanmanV, and regularly co-hosted by famous streamers such as Trump and Kripparian, as well as by world-class players such as StrifeCro.

The show mainly focuses on Arena gameplay, and a lot of topics are approached from this angle, but there is still a lot of valuable Constructed information as well. Each week, you can expect insightful analysis of the value of many cards and strategies, as well as ample discussion and examples of Arena drafting techniques. In addition to this, hot topics in the Hearthstone meta-game and community are usually on the agenda.

The show airs every Thursday at 11AM PST (2PM EST or 7-9PM in Europe). You can watch it live on Twitch. Every show is also uploaded to YouTube, so no worries if you missed the live show.

Trolden has released episode 185 of his Funny and Lucky Moments series.
I mentioned in my review of episodes 183 and 184 that I thought the quality had gone up recently, and this episode continues the trend. There are a couple of Yogg clips, but the animations provided hint that Trolden knows that these are almost at self-parody levels now.
The first clip is spectacular, and very much in keeping with the last two weeks. I'm also always a big fan of people being punished for their mistakes, as the Shaman is in the later clip.
With the first mentions from Blizzard that Yogg-Saron, Hope's End is being looked at, Trolden might have to make the most of Yogg while he can.

The Europe Summer Championship takes place this weekend, September 24-25. The winner will progress to BlizzCon in November to play for the World Championship.
The lineup for the event is a mix of solid regulars and household names. DrHippi and GeorgeC top the bill, while well known players on the scene Cerasi, IKealYou, and LikeaBawse are also present. Dizdemon has won more Europe Preliminary matches than any other player. Grayj and Viper round out the top eight. The event will be played as single elimination, best of seven Conquest, with a ban.
Blizzard have made the decklists available to everyone this time around, if you are interested in the lists they can be found on the official blog. One of the first things that stands out is the large amount of Control Warrior in the lineups. For a long time, Dragon Warrior has been the primary tournament Warrior deck, however only DrHippi and Viper have gone with Dragon Warrior this time around.
DrHippi has tried to second guess the field and brought Tempo Mage. He is a player known for playing Freeze Mage, and so it will be fascinating to see if his gamble pays off.
The event will be streamed live on the official PlayHearthstone Twitch channel on Saturday and Sunday from 18:00 CEST. Sottle from Icy Veins is on the casting team.
