(Guardian)Tier 6 Dream of Cenarius Buffs Frenzied Regen or not?

Recommended Posts

If Tier 6 Dream Of Cenarius Procs from Frenzied Regen to increase your next 2 melee attacks, does it work the other way round? will your melee attacks make your Frenzied Regen 30% more powerfull to?

Does anyone know the answer to this or has tested it on the beta yet?

Reading the tooltip and some wowhead comment, it seems that it buffs Frenzied Regen, but not your melee attacks.

So, you use 2 melee abilities and your next Frenzied is 30% more effective. Now, if you pick up Nature's Swiftness, you can throw out a healing touch every now and then and have your melee abilities do more damage.

Regardless, the first part is more interesting for Guardian Druids and Resto Druids because it helps survivability (or healing), while the second part is more for Feral druids and Balance Druids since it helps with damage while also being able to throw out a couple off heals into the rotation to be able to do more damage.

Also, while thinking about it, I think this talent is very lack luster for Resto druids and Balance druids being because most of the time, they have to take time to cast the heal/damage spell, where Ferals can cast any healing spell instantly and in cat form thanks to ability_hunter_pet_cat.jpgPredatory Swiftness. It just seems easier for Ferals.

The same is true for Guardian, but they only care about survivability with the first part of the talent. Of course there are other talents to choose from to help suit the play style of different people.
