A little feedback about AMR stat weight

Recommended Posts

Hello guys,

this is my first post on this forum so first of all, Hey all!

My guild has stopped playing one year ago and i stopped with them.
Now we're back and we're trying to catch up the content.
I always used AMR to reforge and gem my equip but now something is changed.
Here's my armory link and the reforge and the gems that i currently have are the ones that AMR told me to use like 3 weeks ago:

http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/runetotem/Sheyleen/simple

This is what AMR ask me to do know with gems, enchants and reforge:

The problem with the current gear is that is almost impossibile to finish my mana so i think i have too much spirit (we will start heroic this week so i havent tested on it)
I like the way i'm healing right know but i think this can be optimized way more but cutting my spirit at half (as AMR says) doesnt seems a good decision.
So that's why i'm here asking for advice, what do you think i should do with my equip?

This is a log of my guild with almost a full normal clear.

We focus only on 10 man raiding as you can see

So that's all, i hope someone can answer my question, and thanks for your time in advance.

Edit: Krazyito is right, you don't need spirit beyond 5100 (apparently)!

So it seems like (for once) AMR has good stat weights for Mistweaver now.

Hybrys, for a monk, 5100 spirit is the breakpoint.  You don't need any spirit past that. I'm saying that as a fact, not as one of the general "spirit until comfortable" crap.  Basically, in my eyes Spirit > mastery since mastery is worthless.

This is what happened.  Before, you were doing it wrong.  Spirit gems are bad.  You don't need spirit past 5100.

What I would so at the very least, is use the new AMR weights they give you, but change crit to .51 so that it adds more emphasis to crit in your gems.  Otherwise, you can try using the stat weights I have in this forum (How to ask for help with your mistweaver monk) and it should produce something similar.

Here are the weights I would go with

For a monk, Crit and Haste are much better options, even more so with the LMG. You don't need spirit.  Crit will provide you with all the mana you will ever need.

Thank you very much both of you, i'm gonna try your weights in the raid tonight and i'll see how it goes.

Sadly i cannot have less than 8k spirit even with reforge and regem but let's see how this goes.

Thanks again

Also, dont use 12k haste use 9k my bad the picture was a reference now how much haste you need

I'm not sure how much haste your gear can handle

I wouldn't use the 12k without double amp. Use 9k ReM breakpoint. You're just losing too much crit for an increase to ReM when uplift should be your highest healing spell.
