This is my first time that I'm posting in any WoW Forum, I use Icy-Vein quite regular to see what can I improve with my gear etc etc 

Right now I'm raiding 10man normal we did till 13/14. Right now I'm doing about 110HPS or a bit more depend on the fight mechanics when there is a lot of movment I will reduce a bit it will be about 90HPS on high moving fights.

Hi there!

 

I can point out a few things to get you going but the biggest help you can get from here is by showing us some combat logs from warcraftlogs or worldoflogs.

 

1) Max you proffessions to use the buff each one gives. Should net you a good deal of stat increase.

 

2) Upgrade your equipment starting with your weapon. Weapon is hugely important and max it as soon as you possibly can.

 

3) stat distribution looks alright but your gemming seems strange, id reccomend that you use askmrrobot with custom stat weights to get as much as you can from gems, enchants and reforges.

 

4) You may be able to lower spirit a bit but that depends on what you are comfortable with.

 

5) Try get the legendary cloak if you can because it is quite strong when compared to any other cloak.

 

 

Think that should be enough to get you going but as i said, try to post logs so we can see how you heal.

regards Gemming & reforge this is the only way I could hit the haste soft cape I was gemmed different before.

I'm upgrading everything the problem is I had a lot of gear all of a sudden and I didn't have enough valor to upgrade all.

right now I'm 28.33% with the 5% buff of druid I will have 33.33%

Definitely head over to AMR. When I run you through shooting for that Haste cap, it drops you by about 1.5% Haste and increases your Mastery and Crit instead, while keeping the rest of your stats pretty much constant. If you want to try it, I used the following weights:

 

Int = 1

S.P. = 0.75

Haste (to cap) = 0.7

Spirit (to cap) = 0.65

Crit = 0.55

Mastery = 0.4

All else = 0

 

I used the "Haste Soft Cap Smart Picker" for the 33.29% cap and set "Spirit Soft Cap" to 13k and checked "Static Spirit".

 

It'll be a comparatively small change, but optimal is optimal. :)
