Siegecrafter Blackfuse and Paragons. flex/10n advice

I have been running in 10n and flex across different characters, but have been unable to kill Siegecrafter Blackfuse, and Skeer the Bloodseeker. Does anyone have any advice for which classes to bring as dps/tanks/healers for Siegecrafter Blackfuse, and Skeer the Bloodseeker, and advice for the fights of Siegecrafter Blackfuse and Skeer the Bloodseeker in flex/10n?
