You need 30 casts of starfire or wrath to make CA a 1.5m CD with the T17 4PC

 

I made a weak aura that helped me keep track of this if anyone is interested.

Basically, it counts the number of wrath and starfires you do on the 2nd line, as well as tell you total time you reduced on your CA.  on the 3rd line it shows your remaining CA time.  the counter and time reduced reset when you cast CA.

It's decent throughput, the versatility is meh, but if you can have it proc during CA/Inc then its pretty nice.  Overall, int procs are not that great though.  I'd probably take any 680 Int BRF trinket over it.

 

If you have worse, its probably a close 3rd.

      I am recently returning from a few years away from the game and I have decided to go back to my much loved main throughout wrath, the feral druid. I have always been a cut above the rest and managed to be top dps all through wrath. 
      I was reading your guide and noticed in the talents you don't take savage roar. Can you explain the match behind this as to me it seems like the more viable option.
