General comment on Profession guides for WoD

All the profession guides currently state that you need the associated Garrison building to access 700 skill and WoD recipes. That might have been true in the beta, but on live you can get everything from the profession vendors in Ashran. (commented this on the Inscription guide, before I realized it applies to all of them)
