Help our Ele shaman pls.

Admittedly, I do not ele much, but from looking at sims, it seems our elemental shaman should be putting up bigger numbers for DPS, particularly on movement fights.  Can the Shaman forum community please take a look at our logs and make some recommendations on ways to improve his dps, or are we being too critical?

Would it be possible to get these logs in the form of a warcraft logs entry? I read Warcraft Logs much better than World of Logs entries but I'll take a shot at reading them if you can't. Also, would it be possible to get the armory of the shaman you're inquiring about?

On most fights his dps seems alright, on some not sure why he's low (kargath normal?). Keep in mind that elemental is absolutely awful on 2 target cleave/movement heavy fights (like twin)
