I was playing a mage but was so impressed by the numbers hunters were putting out I decided to make the switch. I have been pouring through all the information and following the guide on the site in regard to rotation and stats. GloriousHunt 0 Report post Posted January 4, 2015 First of all, I'd change the ring enchants to Multistrike. You should also use up all of major glyph slots (Not a DPS increase but there's no reason not to have them full). Personally I would use the Steady focus talent instead of Thrill of the hunt if I were using focusing shot, since they pair well together seeing as you only need to cast it once to proc Steady Focus. You could also consider taking Barrage as it is actually a DPS increase on most of the Highmaul fights, obviously excluding single target boss fights like Kargath and Butcher. In regards to your rotation the guides on this Forum and the website have all the info you need. Just don't forget to keep Serpent Sting applied to as much targets as possible (On twins, keep Serpent sting on both of them) and also don't forget to use explosive trap, especially when there is multiple targets clumped together.
