Bodyguard Perks - Leorajh Mission Table

Recommended Posts

One of the underutilized benefits of the Garrison is the ability for certain Followers to become Bodyguards. If you keep and upgrade the Barracks in your Garrison (to level 2 or higher), you can assign a Follower with the Bodyguard trait to the building, then speak to them outside the Barracks to take them on patrol with you.

Bodyguards use a reputation system akin to the Tillers friendship system. Reputation increases for Bodyguards are only available by killing experience-granting mobs outdoors in Draenor, where your Bodyguard can assist you. Each kill is worth 10 reputation points, and Bodyguard reputation can be raised by two levels, both exactly 10,000 reputation in length.

At reputation level two (Trusted Bodyguard), each Bodyguard will have a quest available for you to complete that will teach the Bodyguard a third ability/spell they can cast while out questing or farming with you. Bodyguards are tremendously useful for questing prior to learning their bonus ability, but become substantially more valuable with it.

Upon achieving level three (Wingman) reputation with a Bodyguard, you will be offered another quest to complete for that Follower. Each faction currently has five Followers that are Bodyguards (this trait cannot be rerolled/lost), and upon reaching maximum reputation, confers an optional perk that you can access by speaking to them in the field. Those benefits are:

Defender Illona (A) / Aeda Brightdawn (H) - Ritual of Summoning

Delvar Ironfist (A) / Vivianne (H) - Portal: Garrison

Leorajh - Windspeaker (portable command table!)

Talonpriest Ishaal - Courier Raven (portable mailbox)

Tormmok - Master of Arms (gear repair)

Out of these five, few players will need a field-based summon (Warlocks and Summoning Stones cover this for the most part), a portal to their Garrison (you have a separate, short cooldown Hearthstone for this), mail access, or gear repair, but Leorajh currently provides the only way - other than returning to your Garrison or one of its outposts - to access a mission table. This is a great feature for breaks in raids or to manage your missions without having to constantly return to your Garrison!

To acquire Leorajh, you must be at least level 94. He is located in a cave in Spires of Arak, along with the rare spawn Sol-Shaper Valarik and several other level 97 mobs. Simply speaking with Leorajh will allow you to complete the quest and add him as a follower.

Here is a short video showing the exact path to the hidden cave entrance:

After acquiring Leorajh, find a location with a high spawn rate for monsters and level him up by killing enemies! If you have good, raid-level gear, The Burning Front in Talador works really well. If not, farming Stoneshard Grubling in Gorgrond is fast as well. Maxing a Bodyguard's reputation in one of these locations should only take 30 minutes to an hour.

Take advantage of the Bodyguard perks! Are there other features you would like to see conferred as benefits from future Bodyguards?

This is awesome. Thanks. Just did it today. Got Leorajh, headed over to the Burning Front, and boom, 1 hr later got the achievement and the perks. As an MM hunter, Barrage and Multi-shot were my best friends. So get ready to AoE.

Thanks again :)

You're very welcome! It's one of the hugely underutilized features within Warlords right now, in my opinion. I've heard more than a few comments about the hassle of people wanting raid breaks to return to their Garrisons to manage missions, and the headache of coordinating summoning them all back that invariably follows.

Now, a quick duck out of the instance is all it takes! :D

If you plan on buying the physical War Within Collector's Edition and live in Europe, you're going to have a bad time!
Blizzard has ceased distributing WoW Collector's Editions through retailers with the release of Dragonflight, making the Blizzard Store the only place to buy them. However, the shipping costs could be a dealbreaker for many collectors eager to acquire the latest edition for the upcoming expansion.
Reddit user katamai from Serbia posted a screenshot of their order, revealing that the shipping fees exceed the cost of the box itself—280 Euros for shipping compared to 200 Euros for the box, totaling 480 Euros.

Additionally, Emi, a follower on our Facebook page, reported a shipping cost of 99 Euros to Romania, nearly ten times what it costs to ship to the UK.

A practical workaround might be to order the Collector's Edition to a UK address and then use a shipping service to forward it to your address in Europe, potentially saving a considerable amount of money.
How much does it cost to ship the box to your country?

We've already talked about and taken a first look at the Delve-specific mount coming in the War Within, but now it's time to check out all of its customization options!
LeystTV has delved into the mount and shown off all the options, from the different colors to nose, wing, thruster, and top customizations, with glider, blimp, helicopter looks and more! There's even different versions of Horde and Alliance decals to choose from!

And these may not even be all the options present at launch, not to mention new ones Blizzard might add with later patches, making this one of the cooler mounts in the game.
