Cult Sorcerer is one of the few C'Thun minions that is of high enough value to play in a regular deck that does not include C'Thun.

In Constructed, Cult Sorcerer often sees play in Tempo Mage, especially in Standard format where they do not have access to Mad Scientist.

Cult Sorcerer is not available in Arena.
