Barnes is a neutral minion. This card can be obtained in the One Night in Karazhan solo adventure. Below the card images, you will find explanations to help you use the card optimally in every game mode of Hearthstone.

1. General Comments

Barnes is a very strong card that can create enormous advantages if it pulls a beneficial minion. Even if you get a copy of a purely vanilla minion, then you essentially get 9 stats on the board for 4 Mana which is an acceptable ration. However, the potential to pull powerful cards such as Ragnaros the Firelord, Emperor Thaurissan, or various Deathrattle effects make it potentially enormously powerful.

2. Constructed Play

Barnes is a solid card that should almost certainly be played in any deck that includes powerful Deathrattle minions such as N'Zoth decks. On top of this it also potentially has merit in a wide variety of decks due to its overall value.

3. Arena

In Arena Barnes is a reasonable card, but its value goes up exponentially if you have a large number of Deathrattle minions, or other minions with persistent on board effects in your deck.

4. Icy Veins Decks that Contain this Card
