General Comments
Blackwater Pirate may look appealing in a Pirate deck or a deck that plays lots of weapons, however usually Dread Corsair is a much more effective Tempo play in the majority of situations.

Constructed Play
Blackwater Pirate can be considered for a Pirate deck in Warrior or Rogue, but generally it is eclipsed by Dread Corsair which fulfills a similar role and usually does so more effectively.

Arena
Blackwater Pirate is no longer available in Arena.
