On this page, you will find a S7 legendary budget Miracle Rogue Malygos Wild deck. It costs 6,640 a total of Arcane Dust to make, and it is called legendary because it utilises any number of required Legendary cards. This deck is designed to help you reach the top of the rankings (and possibly even Legend rank).

1. S7 Legendary Miracle Rogue Malygos Wild Deck

Our deck costs 6,640 Arcane Dust and it is made up of the following cards.

Rogue Cards Neutral Cards

1.1. Mana Curve

2. Strategy

Our Legendary Malygos Miracle Rogue Deck offers solid early game control as well as combos that will allow you to maintain the board, create card advantage, and ultimately finish your opponent.

Since the deck mainly consists of spells, Gadgetzan Auctioneer will be your main source of card advantage. The Auctioneer allows you to cycle your spells, which will give you the access to your finishers.

Backstab is an outstanding removal that can take out most early threats as well as trigger some of your combo cards. Since Backstab costs 0 Mana, you will often be able to cycle it easily with your Auctioneer or potentially play a big early game Edwin VanCleef that can put immense pressure on your opponent.

Preparation is extremely strong in this deck, as it will allow you to play spells when you have already used up your Mana. Preparation can potentially be used in the early game if you wish to get a big Edwin VanCleef on the board, however, in most situations you will be aiming to cycle it with your Auctioneer in the mid-late game.

Conceal will protect your Auctioneer, Malygos, and any other minions that can potentially be used to bring your opponent within kill range.

Deadly Poison will empower your Dagger Mastery, which can easily serve as removal as well as to pressure your opponent. Paired with Blade Flurry, you can inflict decent AoE damage and potentially wipe your opponent's entire board, as well as damage their hero.

Bloodmage Thalnos is an extremely card efficient source of Spell Damage that can easily empower one of your AoE spells, such as Blade Flurry or Fan of Knives, as well as any other direct damage spell.

Eviscerate is one of the best sources of removal, as it can take out most early-mid game minions, especially when empowered with Spell Damage. Eviscerate can also be used as a finisher.

Loot Hoarder is card efficient, which will never result in card disadvantage unless silenced, and can thus be used to thin your deck and potentially pressure your opponent. Loot Hoarder can create card advantage when traded against another minion, which will often make it a valuable play against aggressive decks.

Sap will always delay your opponent, which can sometimes help you survive an additional turn. Sap will always slow down your opponent and essentially allow you to develop your game.

Shiv can sometimes be used as removal. In most situations you will simply cycle it and use it to thin your deck. When played with Auctioneer, you will draw 2 cards and create decent card advantage.

Earthen Ring Farseer provides minor healing that can be beneficial against aggressive decks, as it will diminish some of their pressure. You can always use Earthen Ring Farseer for pressure of your own or trade it against another minion in order to delay your opponent.

Edwin VanCleef can be an alternative win condition, especially when played early with The Coin and your other cheap spells such as Preparation and/or Backstab.

Fan of Knives can potentially create card advantage by taking out a minion against an aggressive deck, however when playing against a passive opponent, you will often be able to use Fan of Knives on an empty board, just to cycle it and get a new card.

SI:7 Agent can be an amazing play, provided that you have The Coin or another cheap spell that can efficiently trigger its combo. SI:7 Agent will often create card advantage when used to take out a minion and provide decent pressure.

Azure Drake is mainly played because of its card efficiency. The Spell Damage it provides can be beneficial when buffing an AoE spell such as Blade Flurry or Fan of Knives, as well as any direct damage spell.

Gadgetzan Auctioneer is essential as it will allow you to cycle your spells, create card advantage, and thin your deck, which will grant you the access to your finishers.

Malygos is your ultimate win condition. Most opponents will anticipate a Leeroy Jenkins and thus alter their playstyle by slowing down their aggression and attempting to play taunters rather than prioritise pressure. Your opponent's inefficient play will often allow you to extend the game and ultimately finish them with spells. Blade Flurry used on your Dagger Mastery will inflict 6 direct damage as well as wipe your opponent's entire board, while Sinister Strike will inflict 8 damage and become a great finisher.

2.1. Synergies and Combinations

Gadgetzan Auctioneer will allow you to cycle your spells, which can often lead to card advantage, but mainly to thin your deck and gain access to your key cards.

Malygos is will increase your Spell Damage by 5, which increases the potential of your spells significantly:

  • Backstab: 7 Damage, excellent removal;
  • Sinister Strike: 8 Damage, excellent finisher;
  • Eviscerate: 9 Damage, excellent finisher or removal;
  • Fan of Knives: 6 Damage AOE, excellent board wipe;
  • Blade Flurry: 6 Damage, potentially 9 when buffed with Deadly Poison, excellent finisher and board wipe;
  • Shiv: 6 Damage, excellent finisher or removal.

2.2. Mulligan / Starting Hand

Against aggressive decks, you should mulligan towards as aggressive a hand as possible and make sure you have the means to deal with any early pressure. Backstab and Deadly Poison can often be crucial in such match-ups, as well as SI:7 Agent if you have the means to trigger its combo.

Against mid-range / control decks you should keep your Gadgetzan Auctioneer or Azure Drake, as well as any other cards that will help you transition to the mid game and start cycling your cards (such as Shiv or Loot Hoarder).

Edwin VanCleef can be an amazing play if you have The Coin or Backstab to trigger its combo, and you can easily decide keep it in your hand when those requirements are met.

2.3. Card Swaps

Should the meta game be full of aggressive decks, you can consider including an additional Earthen Ring Farseer in your deck.

Since your finish relies on late game, you can consider including Big Game Hunter as an additional source of removal when constantly matched against decks with Giants or other big minions.
