Quick Reference Campaign Leveling Guide Act 4

1. Guide Format

This guide has been organized by the main quest acts that players can choose from in Diablo 4, so that it is easy to follow the optimal path for leveling, and questing.

2. Act 4 Guide

Prying the Eye

1. Make sure your character is at least Level 20.
2. Speak with Taissa inside the Chapel.
3. Grab the Sightless Eye.
4. Put the Eye on the pedestal in the center of the room.
5. Interact with the Eye.

A Master’s Touch

6. Go back to Kyovashad to meet with Donan.
7. Proceed to the Cathedral of Light.
8. Give the letter to Donan.
9. Donan will give you a mount.
10. Optional: Head to the mount NPC and complete the quest to be able to use the mounts.

Lost Arts

11. Head back to the Horadric Vault.
12. Interact with Neyrelle inside the Vault.
13. Follow Donan until he unlocks the door on the right that was sealed during your first visit.
14. Head inside and go up to the desk inside a small room.
15. Wait for Donan to reach the desk as well, then interact with him.
16. Keep following Donan through the next rooms until he reaches a side room and stops in front of some notes.
17. Interact with him.
18. Open your map and follow the way to the last desk location.
19. Once Donan is in front of the desk, interact with him again.
20. Follow Donan through the sealed door to return to the room where Neyrelle is.
21. Speak with Neyrelle.

A Meeting of the Minds

22. Head back to the Forsaken Chapel.
23. Interact with Neyrelle.
24. Head back out of the Chapel and speak with Neyrelle again.

Anguish Incarnate

25. The cutscene will end with a boss fight against Andariel.
26. Defeat Andariel: Be mindful of the small area you’re fighting in, surrounded by a sandstorm. Avoid stepping inside the storm as it will slowly drain your health and slow you down. Andariel will try to chain you down with rune chains, so avoid getting too close. If you are a ranged character, attack from a distance. If you get caught in the chains, it will slow you down and bring you closer to the rune chains. Andariel will also create red lines on the ground that drain your life, so avoid stepping into them. However, she leaves openings when she creates the lines, providing an opportunity to get close and attack her from the free angles. Defeating Andariel will end the quest.

Eye of the Storm

27. Go back to the chapel and speak with Lorath.
28. Speak with Lorath outside of the chapel again.
29. This discussion will complete Act 4.
