This week’s most recent livestream on December 1st discussed more of the upcoming features being added into Fellowship. The stream revealed more information about the upcoming Eternal Queue System, teased upcoming expansions to the in-game Friends List feature, and announced that they posted a job listing for an additional Community Manager.
Eternal Queue System
It is confirmed that Eternal Queues will be coming to the game by December 11th. This new system could possibly be added to the game this week following the patch coming on Thursday, December 4th.
It has been confirmed that the Eternal Matchmaking System will be using players’ dungeon rating to match with those of similar rating. The Eternal Queue was described to be more akin to a “group finder” feature where you won’t be thrown straight into a voting phase upon finding a group.
More details about how this new Eternal Queue works will come out later this week. Hamish Bode stated that he plans to post a video on the PlayFellowship YouTube channel to explain how it will work.
In-Game Friends List
Many players have been requesting the ability to have more information within the in-game Friends List. Hamish mentioned that it is on the list of things to add to the game. The ability to view whether your friend is in a party, which zone your friend is in, and if they’re in a menu are all to be added in the future. We are unsure when this update to the Friends List will be coming to Fellowship.
Profile Customization
When asked about adding more content to work toward, Hamish Bode mentioned that there may be profile customization options coming to Fellowship in the future. These include profile cosmetics, banners, and player titles. Perhaps we will also see the addition of player avatars to replace the old Steam avatars.
Winter Stronghold
In the previous stream on Thursday, November 27th, Hamish showed us a sneak peek into what the Stronghold will look like during the Winter/Holiday event.

The event will arrive with a big patch and will feature holiday-themed outfits for each hero. The previous Halloween event hero skins were obtainable after completing 10 dungeons on that hero. The mount skins were purchased with gold. The method of obtaining the holiday skins for each hero has not yet been confirmed.
The holiday event and Winter-themed Stronghold are coming to Fellowship on December 11th.
