Fellowship just announced in a Steam news post: following tomorrow’s weekly maintenance, there will be a Halloween event running for two weeks from October 30th and November 13th.
The Haunting of the Stronghold comes as a surprise, as the game just launched into Early Access two weeks ago.
Despite this, the Stronghold will be entirely decorated for the event, accompanied by a new spooky soundtrack to replace the original Stronghold score. In addition, there will also be a new vendor available: the Caretaker of Fallen Heroes. Learn more about Fellowship‘s Halloween event below!

What is the Fastest Way to Complete the Halloween Event?
To get all of the event rewards, you will need 1,140 Gold and complete 90 dungeon runs across all 9 Heroes. If you already have a stockpile of Gold, grab 3 fellows and run through quickplays together. You can also do it in matchmaking. With an experienced team and a tank who does large pulls, you can get through a quickplay in as little as 5 minutes each.
That’s maybe an hour of playing every day for a week, and you’ve got two weeks to work with!
If you need some additional Gold, consider doing some runs in Contender 2 and 3 to get gear: you can scrap them while you’re running the dungeons, netting you extra gold and materials.
Of course, the best way to get a lot of Gold in Fellowship is to play normally on your main Hero. Champion runs give up to 200 Gold each, and Paragon / Eternal up to 600 in a single run. In addition, since Gold is shared across the account, you can just do this to get your new mounts and skins.
You’ll still have to complete the 10 dungeons on every Hero, but at least you won’t have to worry about Gold farming as well!
Use the Halloween Event to Learn New Heroes
During this event, a lot of high-level players will be running quickplays. Now is the best time to learn new heroes and get their Starmaps completed. Runs and queues should be faster than ever, and you get all the benefits. Collecting all the skins, unlocking the entire hero roster’s abilities and talents, and learning how to play better: what’s not to love?
Fellowship‘s Halloween event will only run from October 30th to November 13th, so better get your spooky game on!
