What can replace Sylvanas in this deck ? :/

I have swaped toughsteel with 2 deathlords and still keep loosing to agro decks... I can't grab the board in the early game and after I used all the board cleanning possibilities i simply die because my HP is less then 10 or so.

 

Probably i'm playing it poorly. What cards should you aim to have in you hand when the game starts?

 

What is the ideal card drops in the first rounds?

This decks simply isn't suited for the meta. Updating every single legacy deck would take way too much time, so I recommend you to add all the cards you can from the full decks and then fill the blank spots with cards from this deck.

Very good draw would be Chow, Deathlord and/or Pyromancer+PW:S.

The perfect early game imo would be T1 Chow, T2 Chow + PW:S, T3 Deathlord
