Recommended Posts

Blizzard has heard your calls and is giving away TONS of keys for the Legion Beta! Read on to find out more info.

From May 24 until June 7, Blizzard is holding an official and 100% legitimate Legion Beta key giveaway. All you have to do is head to this site and answer the following two questions: who is the leader of the Burning Legion and how are Illidan’s twin warglaives called. Also, by liking on Facebook, following on Twitter or subscribing to World of Warcraft’s YouTube channel, you get an additional entry in the giveaway for each channel you follow.

According to the rules, Blizzard will give away a total of 5,200 Legion Beta keys, while the winners will be notified until June 30. Make sure to read these rules, as some countries and states are not eligible.

Good luck!

Disclaimer: This is a giveaway officially organised by Blizzard, not Icy Veins. We are just letting you know about it.

It's a tricky question, Sargeras has created the burning legion, but it seems Kil'Jaeden is the leader (in the absence of Sargeras) if someone could correct me.

When I log all my info in to the first page, the next page gives me an option to buy Legion. I already purchased the game. How do I know if it accepted my info?

*** I figured it out:) Thanks!

It did the same for me (I haven't bought Legion) and for a friend of mine, so it's all good. You also get a confirmation email.

@dlhak

Pretty sure Sargeras is the answer from quickly Googling it.

About the emails, make sure you check it's the same email you use with battle.net. Also, check if your countries are eligible to participate or not.

Yes, Sargeras is the leader. Kil'Jaeden  could die and the Legion will continue on.

Yeah, I saw that others haven't received an email. I am not sure what to tell you about this and once again Blizzard isn't doing a good job communicating about this (making a lot of people think that the giveaway is not legit - I assure you it is legitimate).

What I did or what I would do:

1) Read the rules. Quite a few countries like the Netherlands, Australia and some states in the USA, as well as most African countries, aren't included.

2) Make sure you signed up with your battle.net email.

3) Answer the questions correctly. Yeah, it's quite obvious but you never know...

4) Check your Junk folder.

5) I personally liked, followed and subscribed to WoW in all 3 social media. Maybe you get an email only after doing that.

6) Try signing up for the giveaway a second time.

7) After you sign up, you are prompted to the Shop to buy Legion - whether you have pre-purchased it or not.

Yeah I liked and followed WoW on all 3 social media thingies and I signed up 3 times with no confirmation email although I was sent to purchase Legion after every time so maybe it worked.

I used two battle.net accounts, my country does not seem to be eligible, but I received confirmations on both accounts.

I don't think you will be among the winners then :P Blizzard are probably serious about this stuff :/

Looks sketchy like some of the other users said, has Blizzard verified this with a bluepost by chance?

Edit: Nevermind...found it

We've looked at the Mythic+ Tier List for the first time in Patch 10.2.6!

Dragonflight Season 4 adds a new world quest for Spark of Awakening.
To get your Spark of Awakening, you must complete a different quest every week.
The weekly quest is available from Therazal in central Valdrakken. There are 3 options, but only one is active every week, similar to how Awakened raids rotate.

      Dragon Isles Quest
Participate in a Community Feast Participate in a Hunt Lay siege to Dragonbane Keep Zaralek Cavern Quest
Protect the Researchers Under Fire Loot a Secured Shipment (Suffusion Camp) Complete a Time Rift Amirdrassil Quest
Earn 50 Bloom during the Superbloom Complete a Superbloom Plant 3 Dreamseeds Quest Rewards
Completing any of the 3 quests above grants the Season 4 spark fragment (Splintered Spark of Awakening) via Weekly Awakened Activity and a Cache of Awakened Storms.
You will need two Splintered Spark of Awakening and 250 Flightstones to create one Spark of Awakening.

Super Squirt is available on NA servers today, allowing you to reach max level with your pets in just two battles!
The so-called "Super Squirt Day" has arrived on NA realms today.
You will find Squirt in the Garrison Menagerie, but you will need a Level 3 Garrison. Use your Garrison Hearthstone toy to get to your WoD Garrison.
You can combine this week's event buff, Sign of the Critter, with other items like Safari Hat toy and pet treats (Lesser Pet Treat / Pet Treat) for even more XP bonus, which results in your pets reaching max level in just 2 battles!
Head over to Petopia to read some strategies on how to defeat Squirt!

Today's hotfixes are still very Plunderstorm-heavy, but we do get fixes for more achievement-related mount issues and PvP catch-up, in addition to the limited time event's adjustments.
      March 27 (Source)
      Achievements
Fixed bugs causing mounts related to A World Awoken to be unavailable, including Bestowed Ottuk Vanguard, Bestowed Trawling Mammoth, Bestowed Thunderspine Packleader, Bestowed Sandskimmer, Bestowed Ohuna Spotter, Coralscale Salamanther, Stormtouched Bruffalon, and Taivan. Player versus Player
Fixed an issue that prevented Splintered Sparks of Dreams from dropping from PvP sources while eligible for catch-up. Plunderstorm
The Storm’s fury swells! Lightning strikes during the final stage of the Storm are faster and more dangerous than before. There is now a delay of 20 seconds after being revived where players no longer drop collected Plunder. Additional enemies now spawn at Witherbark Village, the wild area northeast of Go’Shek Farm, and the wild area between Witherbark Village and Boulderfist Hall. Fixed an issue where swapping back to default sword and gun appearances were not saving correctly. Fixed an issue so that now, picking up an additional rank 2 spell while the same rank 2 spell is equipped properly grants the rank 4 version of the spell. The Captain’s Orders quest “X Marks the Spot” now requires 1 item to be picked up (was 2 items).
