Usually I would say Sim it, but given that your current relics provide absolutely no DPS increase, I feel relatively confident recommending the Vendetta ones

Definitely the Vendetta relics.

Master Assassin is worth ~1.15% DPS

+1 weapon item level is worth ~0.10% DPS

Will ask him to add it to the rotations section. I believe you essentially max combo points, pop TB, then push for as many envenoms as possible.

push as many envenoms as possible regardless the CP or is always 4+ envenoms?

it is reccomended to pool before TB?

I noticed that Draught of Souls is removed from the trinket list, but still mentioned in the blurb for the Mantle of the Master Assassin. Is it worth continuing to use as long as I have Mantle equipped?

Why are you using TB after Kingsbane? You are missing out on buffing the damage there.

Not if you have a better trinket available, no.

I don't feel that thugee makes a difference anymore when you have t-20 2 set the bonus reduces the garrote cool-down to only three seconds. Which isn't that long at all so now use one of the other talents for more damage output.

Realistically, the other 2 talents are just as useless, unless you can take advantage of a stunnable add - Thugee can still work well where there are smaller adds that die incredibly quickly or if you, as many might not, don't have the T20 set bonus.

Did u mean, u are aiming to buff KB with TB, but only the last part of it (kinda 9 seconds of Kingsbane dot will be buffed by TB).

So my question is: Should i use  TB with KB (no matter how long KB's dot is on the target?)

I misread what you had written - you want to make sure you TB with 8 seconds left on KB and pool your CP/energy to do as much in those 8 seconds as possible, to ensure as much poison is applied/boosted.

I've found something that may be interesting for you guys, when specced into Nightstalker, then switching to Subterfurge, first Garrote you cast gets the benefit from Nightstalker dmg amplifier, it seems to work only with Garrote, rupture doesnt get the buff.

Can you please check it too?

Sequence: Unstealth, Use Talents tome, Switch to Nightstalker, Stealth, Switch to Subterfurge, cast Garrote on target.

I'm sure it's not the buff from Subterfurge or Concordance/Engine.

That sounds odd - I'll ask Furty to check it but I'm not sure we can include it in the guide, since it would technically be a bug.

I was just reading through the add-ons and macros page and wanted to mention a simple macro that I use. It might have been mentioned before, but it is especially useful now with the rogue pickpocketing weekly quest for the coins of air.

Any attack that I am likely to use from stealth has a /pickpocket before the /"ability". Pretty self-explanatory what it does, I guess, but basically, you just hit one button to pickpocket and then immediately garrote, or whatever. Never get pulled out of stealth before your opener, and you'll have more coins of air than you know what to do with!

Make sure you have Auto Loot turned on before doing this, but yes this works

Will definitely start doing this on my Rogue alt. Even with just world quests and the odd dungeon, I'm sure it'll be enough.

If you look at the right hand sidebar on the Assassination Guide, you'll see links to the different sections that contain all that information

Hey @Blainie I'm not entirely sure when this happened but the t20 4 set bonus got patched to 60% damage boost on Garrote over 40% previously. Tooltips all reflect the change, there's just some text which lists the 40% still

Executive Producer Holly Longdale teased some upcoming experimental PvE-focused content that Blizzard will soon reveal to the community.
It appears that Plunderstorm isn't the only new mode Blizzard plans to add to WoW this year.
Holly Longdale today teased an upcoming PvE-oriented event that will soon be revealed to us. Holly might be talking about the "Timerunning Pandamonium," expected in Patch 10.2.7.

      Greetings Citizens of Azeroth,
It’s been great seeing so many players taking the plunge into Plunderstorm and we’ve loved seeing all of the stories and feedback as this experimental event evolves. It will be exciting to see some of the community content creators going head-to-head as duos during the Plunderstorm Creator Royale on March 30!  This isn’t the end of the things we want to try in World of Warcraft, however, and we have more in store we can’t wait to show you.
Dragonflight Season 4 is in route as testing begins on the PTR and we’ll have more news to share soon™ on the next experiment we have up our sleeves. We hope those of you who are looking for PvE focused content will enjoy what we’re planning, all while we continue to press forward on development of our next expansion for World of Warcraft— The War Within.
We can’t wait to share with you all the many things the team has been hard at work on.
With gratitude and excitement for what we’ll do together next,
      Holly Longdale
