Mill Rogue - questions

In wild, Lorewalker Cho isn't really an optimal inclusion.  Mill already has a strong game against control, it just has a hard time not getting ran over by aggro, which cho doesn't really help with.  In standard, it might be an interesting way to try to get a decentish working mill rogue since most of the spells you will be playing are pretty bad for your opponent.  I still think the lack of gang up and good healing/board clears make the deck pretty bad though.  You could toy around with both Madam Goya and Elise the Trailblazer in the deck.  Goya in a very low minion count deck could be either used to pull important creatures or just to put one back in your deck.  Elise for obvious reasons.  Arcanosmith is also a possible inclusion with the Shadowcasters and all the bounce cards.

Honestly my experience is it's a least a little more fun to play against than Quest Rogue.  That one is so OP I just concede against it every time now.  We each have those decks we just despise to play against, which will be different from one person to the next.  Rogue just seems to have more of them then any other class.

I think players like good cards and combos to play and Mill rogue has nice synergies and I understand why some players find it fun to play. I am never sure if I should blame the players for using such dull decks. I may be wrong but when I look at the current standard the cards and potential combos are designed in a way to make sure the most effective decks are those who are most frustrating for the opponent.

I never found mill rogues or old freeze mage or worgen OTK warriors to be boring to play against. In fact I found it interesting to adapt  to them.

But modern freeze mages and quest rogues frustrate me. What am I expected to do against two preparations and two novice engineers in their starting hand? As for freeze mages... It is so "entertaining" to try to guess what they got from their primordial glyph: third ice block or 8 mana pyroblast or another board freeze and play around that.
