There's one thing I do not fully understand from the guide. Once we kill all the blobs, Viscidus will reform one last time. But in what state? At this point, do we need to go through the same freeze and shatter sequences we started the fight with, or is it all about dealing the maximum amount of damage (of any type?) to kill the remaining 1%?

He reforms with health proportional to unkilled blobs, 5% per each. So if you kill all blobs he would reform at 1%, while with three blobs left alive he would reform around 15%.

Even if you take him to 1%, you are still forced to go through the initial freeze and shatter sequences in order to kill him.

Viscidus only dies when he is shattered at 10% or less health. But you can damage him, although only for a little due to his crazy high health pool, while trying to freeze him, so it is quite likely that you will be able to kill him if you leave 3 or less blobs alive, as DPSing him from ~15% to 10% during the second freeze + shatter phase is possible.

Hf with the rekills! ?
