Hunt is 3x per week allegedly 

The tuskar fisherman can be done once a week (requires rank 7 or 9 with the fishermen) and drops 372 loot (my experience)

Completing the Siege of Dragonbane Keep is listed twice and like the comment above me, I'd add the weekly feast. Also https://wago.io/TamasDragonflightHelper is a great weak aura to track most of the above. (rares, time on siege, feast, Trial of flood, etc)

No you cannot.

I've just verified and Dreaming Equipment Chest requires 1,000 Mythic+ Rating to purchase. Also, updating the to-do list for this week.
