If you play Neverness to Everness, you might not need to save up 21 million Fons after all.
Ever since Hotta Studio revealed the upcoming Porsche collaboration during the game’s launch livestream, everyone has been wondering how exactly the limited vehicles would be obtained in-game. Earlier leaks suggested that Porsche cars could cost as much as 21 million Fons, and that honestly sounded a LOT even by NTE standards.
But now, the latest information is painting a very different picture.
According to a blog post, the Porsche collaboration vehicles may actually be obtainable through a variety of limited-time event activities, including what appears to be a fully free-to-play quest.
The Porsche Cars May Be Linked to a Full Collaboration Event
Based on the post, the collaboration could include a few different things:
- Collaboration Story Quest
- You would complete a dedicated Porsche-themed story event
- Finishing the questline would reward a Porsche vehicle
- Event Shop Exchange
- You obtain limited-time event currency
- You can apparently unlock Vehicles through the shop
- Login Event
- Log in for a specified number of days during the event
- Receive livery items and vehicle trial passes
You would earn currency simply by participating in collaboration activities and completing daily tasks, and you can then exchange it in the shop for a Porsche vehicle. It is unknown if this is another vehicle on top of the one from the quest, or if it is more of a skin for it. It could also be that you do not really get a vehicle through the quest, but just currency that you can then exchange for the vehicle in the shop.
If true, this would make the event fairly accessible even for casual players.
A Limited Collaboration Banner Could Also Exist
On top of that, the post also claims there may be a dedicated collaboration banner where you can pull directly for the vehicle, and we guess that would include additional rare cosmetics. But this part seems a bit unrealistic, especially if it involves using your usual Dice, and not event-specific ones.
However, nothing is impossible, of course.
One version of the Porsche vehicle may be obtainable for free through the story event, and rarer variants, premium models, or exclusive cosmetics could potentially be linked to banners or expensive purchases.
The 21 Million Fons Leak Might Not Be Completely Wrong
At the moment, nothing here is officially confirmed yet, and all of this should still be treated as leaked information. But the latest details do make significantly more sense than simply locking the collaboration behind a single absurdly expensive purchase.
Especially since most players are nowhere near 21 million Fons, and even endgame players are still struggling with vehicle prices.
So if the 21M Fons leak was true, it could refer to other variants that you can still purchase after the event ends. This would allow players who start the game later on to still get a Porsche eventually, but just for a high price.
One thing is sure, a limited event mixing luxury sports cars with a cool story missions would definitely be a very cool idea, and more entertaining than just adding another car that you can buy.
Especially if you can earn one of the Porsche vehicles for free.
