Everstone Studio’s open-world Wuxia RPG Where Winds Meet has had one of the best starts. Just one month after launch, and only days after its mobile release, the game has officially surpassed 15 million total players worldwide across PC, PlayStation 5, and mobile platforms.

The mobile version launched on December 12 and has played a big role in that growth, quickly climbing to No.1 on the App Store free charts in over 60 countries, including the United States, France, Germany, Japan, and Korea.
A Rapid Rise Across Platforms
Reaching 15 million players in such a short time highlights just how wide the game’s appeal has become. With its mix of open-world exploration, martial arts combat, and very cool story that transports you into a Wuxia fantasy, Where Winds Meet has managed to pull in players from very different regions and platforms at once. The game is extremely immersive and fun to play, and has attracted many players due to being completely free to play as well.
The strong mobile launch also makes one thing clear, and that is that Where Winds Meet works just as well on phones as it does on PC and console. It also helped the game reach a lot more players than before. Being available on phones made Where Winds Meet easier to jump into, especially for people who do not usually play on PC or console.
Basically, more platforms means more players, but also more languages.

More Languages Added
Everstone Studio also added Brazilian Portuguese support, and that brings the total number of available languages up to nine. We now have:
- English
- Japanese
- Korean
- Simplified Chinese
- Traditional Chinese
- German
- French
- Latin American Spanish
- Brazilian Portuguese
The developers say they want as many people as possible to enjoy the game in their own language, and more improvements and new language options are planned down the line.
New Year Celebration Coming Soon

To close out the year, Where Winds Meet will also host an in-game New Year fireworks event from December 31, 2025 to January 1, 2026. Players across all regions will be able to take part, launching fireworks at their local countdown times to ring in 2026 together inside the game’s Jianghu world.
With 15 million players already on board and continued updates planned, Where Winds Meet is clearly aiming to keep its current success going into the new year!
