Genshin Impact is back at it with another bite-sized community event, this time bringing back the pixelated rivalry between Ajaw and Cacucu in a quirky new campaign titled: “Hey, You! Pick a Side!” Running from May 13 to May 20, 2025 (UTC+8), this event asks Travelers to throw their support behind either of the two animated icons in return for some small but sweet rewards.
How the Event Works
All you need to do is support either Ajaw or Cacucu by participating through your preferred social media platform. The official Genshin Impact accounts on platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram will each post specific prompts for players to comment on or interact with, depending on who they’re rooting for.
You won’t need to win a popularity contest or vote in a majority-simply participating is enough to claim your rewards. For example on twitter:
